Recent Assignment
Our latest assignment was working with IBM New Zealand in Auckland. Program Management on a program of infrastructure fit-out and client migrations into the new NZ$80 million tier 3 Data Centre @ East Tamaki Auckland. This also included standing up a new VCloud Node and migrating the clients from the old to new.
OSS for NGN Telecom New Zealand
RTB Consulting Ltd were engaged by Telecom New Zealand to assist in project managing the delivery & development of OSS toolsets that will give Network Alarm Management, Service Quality Management, Capacity Management and Service Trouble Shooting Management on Telecom New Zealand's replacement PSTN network. Technologies involved were IBM's Netcool, Webtop, Impact & Proviso along with Alcatel Lucent's Motive and 8920 products.
